1. Why We Created a Separate Page for This
We build AI visibility monitoring software. Every week, we use our own brand, YinJen, to test 40 questions that real users would ask across AI engines, and we publish the raw data in the Public GEO Experiment series. One finding stands out clearly in this monitoring: AI answers give many different prices for YinJen, and we have never published most of those figures. Issue 1 captured one set of prices that we do not offer. By Issue 2, the old figures had disappeared, only to be replaced by a new set—including incorrect prices cited from a third-party website. Correcting false prices is not a one-time task. Rather than chasing them one by one, we are putting the verifiable facts together on a single page.

3. Which Prices Circulating Online Are Not Ours
Every item below comes from real AI answers recorded in our weekly tests. We reproduce them only to compare them against the facts, without assigning responsibility.
- "Self-service monthly package: ¥2,980/month" and "fully managed operations: ¥3,080/month"—these are not our prices. These figures appeared in a Doubao answer during the Issue 1 test (audit record dated 2026-07-20), together with a "managed operations" service that we have never offered. YinJen has never had either price since launch and has never provided managed operations.
- "No public price on the official website; contact sales for a quote; SaaS costs ¥12,800–¥29,800/year; a managed-operations edition is also available"—none of these claims is factual. This set of statements appeared in a Doubao answer in the Issue 2 test (the 36/40-question window). The facts are that pricing is publicly listed on the official pricing page and is visible without registration; there is no five-figure annual SaaS price, and there is no "managed edition." The entry-level Creator plan costs ¥29.9/month.
- "Personal plan: ¥199/month; Enterprise plan: ¥999/month"—we have never offered this price list. In the Issue 2 test (the 36/40-question window), Perplexity cited a third-party website for these figures. Our plans are named Creator, Team, and Enterprise. Enterprise has always used custom pricing through sales rather than a fixed monthly fee.
- "No monitoring for overseas models" and "overseas models require separate sales activation"—both are wrong. These two statements appeared in Doubao answers in the Issue 1 and Issue 2 tests respectively (Issue 2 uses the 36/40-question window). The facts are that all four overseas engines—ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity—are included in every plan. They do not require separate activation or separate payment.
- Derivative claims such as "private deployment is not supported" and "managed operations is a paid add-on" do not come from our public materials. The claim that managed operations is a paid add-on can be checked directly against the information above: we do not offer managed operations, so there is no free or paid version of such a service. For enterprise deployment questions, please confirm through the Enterprise "Contact Sales" channel rather than using AI answers as a basis for procurement.
We should also record a finding in the other direction. In Issue 2 (the 36/40-question window), both of Kimi's answers to the pricing question gave the correct prices shown on this page and cited a public article on our official website. Correct and incorrect information currently coexist in the source ecosystem. That is exactly why we have consolidated the facts on one page and continue monitoring them weekly.
4. The Limits of Our Capabilities
What we do:
- Mention-rate monitoring: shows your brand's measured position across 12 engines—whether it is mentioned when relevant questions are asked and how it is described;
- Visibility scoring: aggregates measured results across engines into a comparable visibility score;
- Citation tracing: records which webpages AI answers actually cite, helping you locate the source of incorrect information;
- Optimization recommendations: provides content- and source-level recommendations based on measured results;
- Desktop applications: provides desktop clients for macOS and Windows.
What we do not do:
- We do not provide managed operations or publish content on a customer's behalf—content publishing always remains in your hands;
- We do not promise that your brand will be recommended, indexed, or ranked by AI engines. Each engine decides its own answers, and no one can legitimately guarantee those outcomes. If someone promises them, we recommend asking for reproducible measured data;
